Relief For Car Dealers and Employees NADA Foundation Mobilizes Emergency Relief Fund for Dealership Employees Impacted by Hurricane Harvey https://www.nada.org/emergencyrelief
United Way of Greater Houston has launched a relief fund for storm-related needs and recovery. The organization says it already maintains a disaster relief fund but anticipates the needs of Harvey will far exceed those existing resources.
The Center for Disaster Philanthropy has also launched a Hurricane Harvey relief fund. The organization says its strategy emphasizes "investing well rather than investing quickly, addressing the greatest needs and gaps in funding that may be yet to emerge."
GoFundMe, the social fundraising site, has created a landing page that gathers the campaigns on its platform related to Harvey.
The Salvation Army says it is providing food and water to first responders and preparing for massive feeding efforts for residents.
Send Relief and Southern Baptist Disaster Relief says its teams began responding before Harvey made landfall and continues on-the-ground relief work.
Samaritan's Purse is accepting donations as well as volunteers for Harvey disaster relief for the coming months.

Preferred Toy Items List
We welcome toy donations of all kinds.
Sporting equipment always a good choice and of course dolls, Barbies, stuffed animals. Please put all stuffed animals in a plastic bag. Action figures, dress-up costumes, donate puzzles. Toys for infants and toddlers, or toys for older children. Donate skates and hula-hoops. maybe a skateboard?
(Please do not, however, bring broken toys or toys with parts missing.)
Preferred Food Items List
The following suggestion of preferred nonperishable items to donate:
Fruits canned in own juice or 100% fruit juice, like peaches or pears. Vegetables canned and low sodium, like green beans and corn. Grains that are whole, like brown rice, oatmeal and no sugar-added cereal Protein that is lean, like canned chicken, peanut butter or beans. Dairy that is boxed and low-fat, like skim milk or almond milk. Snacks like granola, breakfast bars or nuts
Condiments like salsa, oil or salt-free seasonings

We need any clothes you are willing to part with. Boy, Girls, Men, and Women.
